General terms

You, as client of NeWavEssays custom writing company, agree with prices, delivery modes, paper format, and everything else regarding products we offer stated at this web-site and product/service descriptions. Any claims by you about too high fees or the like after receiving your paper may and will be ignored.

We, as service and product provider, by receiving the payment receipt from our retailer and assignment information from client, are obliged to deliver an original digital written work before the due date, which is stipulated by the delivery mode chosen by client during the order process.

Your instructions must be complete

Be attentive when placing your order. Your instructions will be used as a measure of quality of the paper. It is better to provide too lengthy paper instructions that too short. Revision requests based on the client's desire to remove something from or add something to the paper will be ignored, if such requests logically change the assignment of the paper.

Chargeback refusal

The client must not for any reason chargeback the money without notice to us. If the client wants the money back, contact us and list your concerns.

Cancellations

We reserve a right to cancel any order without naming the reason for doing so. However, cancels are rare, and if they happen, most of the times the reasons are following:

• lack of reference sources to complete your assignment
• either we or our retailer 2CheckOut consider an order to be fraudulent or suspicious

Since our products can be easily copied, we grant no refunds. However, we may issue partial or full refund if we see there are valid reasons for this.

Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received from us and want the paper to be revised, request revision immediately and we will revise it. We provide unlimited free revisions, but the only three requirements for revisions are:

• paper instructions do not change
• revision requested within 24 hours after receiving the product
• the client provides detailed revision instructions, in which he or she states the exact sentences and/or passages that need to be paraphrased or removed

Please remember, that these papers are for you, not your teachers, professors, or anybody except you. Thus, whatever happens to the paper outside your computer/home is beyond our responsibility. We do not correct graded papers. Therefore, we only accept revision request sent by you after you get acquainted with the paper. Check papers now, and contact us at once. Otherwise we will not be able to revise the paper. Be sure to include the exact spots or ideas that need correction. We reserve a right to decline a revision request, if there are substantial grounds to believe that the client has received comments about the papers from a third party, and passes them as his/her own.

Use our products are reference, do not fool your school
